摘要
构建了符合辽宁医学院食品科学与工程专业培养创新人才的试验教学新体系,实现教学、科研相结合,以科研促进教学。对试验教学的课程体系、教学方式、教学内容、试验方法和技术手段,以及教学管理等方面进行了全面而系统的改革与建设。实施了全开放型试验教学、创新基地及课题型实验室、课程管理的智能化、自动化和网络化新模式,充分合理的利用试验室资源。
A new experimental teaching system has been constructed to meet the requirements with culturing the Liaoning Medical College of Food Science and Engineering innovative talents. It has achieved a combination of teaching and research and promoted scientific research and teaching. Experimental teaching curriculum, teaching methods, teaching content, experimental methods and techniques, as well as teaching management has been reformed and constructed comprehensively and systematically. It established a new model of open experiment teaching, innovation base and topics laboratory, intelligent automation and networking course management. Students can take the reasonable use of the laboratory resources.
