乳腺癌术后30年转移只累及食管1例

Solitary breast cancer metastasis to the esophagus after 30 years latency and review of the literature

摘要患者女，76岁，间断进展性吞咽困难2年。查体：右侧乳腺缺如，右侧前胸壁见一长约8cm的手术瘢痕，双侧腋窝、锁骨上及颈部未扪及肿大淋巴结。患者1982年4月因乳腺癌于外院行乳腺癌根治术，术后未行放化疗。
