农民工宽恕行为对不当督导与心理困扰关系的调节效应研究

摘要 农民工群体是中国经济发展的主力军,是维持中国经济持续稳定增长和社会稳定的关键要素。本文从农民工自我调节角度入手,以宽恕行为为视角,探索了农民工遭遇不当督导后,排解心理困扰的方式。基于对广东东莞制造业企业326名农民工进行的问卷调查数据,本文得到如下研究结果:不当督导对农民工心理困扰具有正向影响效应,宽恕行为在不当督导与农民工心理困扰之间起到调节作用。
