摘要
预制带肋底板叠合楼板是一种新型的装配整体式楼板。某高层公寓楼主要楼板采用了预制带肋底板叠合板,在施工中发现了预制带肋底板尺寸误差较大、临时支撑较多、管线敷设及开洞不方便等问题。经分析后指出,预制带肋底板叠合板应按照预制构件的方式进行设计和施工,严格控制预制带肋底板制作和施工的尺寸误差,构件制作和设计、施工密切配合。最后分析了预制带肋底板叠合板的工期和造价,结果表明,与现浇板相比,预制带肋底板叠合板可节省工期15%,其造价约为现浇板的35%。
Composite slab with precast ribbed panel is a new type of assemble-monolithic concrete slab. It has been used in the main part of an apartment building. But the construction company found some problems during the process of construction in this section, such as big error on size, more temporary supporting, unfavorable for laying pipe and drill a hole. Through analysis, composite slab with precast ribbed panel should be designed and constructed as prefabricated component. The factory of fabricating the panel should control the mistakes of size, and be coordinate with the designers and constructors. Finally, this paper analyzes the period of construct and cost. The result shows that combining with castin-place floor, composite slab with precast ribbed panel can save 15% of the construction period and 35% of cost.
