摘要
某工程2号住宅楼为高层全装配式混凝土剪力墙结构。本工程共采用9类预制构件,包括预制外墙、预制内墙、预制叠合板、预制楼梯、预制楼梯隔墙、预制阳台板、预制装饰挂板、预制女儿墙及PCF板。对施工深化设计、施工组织策划、安装质量控制、现浇节点施工进行技术研究和管理研究,采取了一系列关键技术和措施,有效控制了施工质量。
No. 2 residential building of a project is high-rise fully assembled concrete shear wall structure. The project adopts nine categories of prefabricated components, including prefabricated external walls, prefabricated internal wails, prefabricated laminated, prefabricated stairs, prefabricated stair partitions, prefabricated balcony slab, prefabricated decorative hanging board, prefabricated parapets and PCF plate. For construction detailed design, construction organization planning, installation quality control, cast-in-place joints construction, authors applied a series of key technology and methods, which control the construction quality effectively.
