摘要 某商住楼于2013年建成,建筑物体型较大、工程地质条件复杂,最大倾斜率达到7.4‰,纠偏难度大。介绍了一种综合纠偏加固方法——掏土法结合高压注水软化土层迫降法。阐述了纠偏加固中的关键技术和施工过程。采用高压旋喷钢管桩法对楼房沉降量大的一侧进行加固,对沉降量小的一侧采用钻孔掏土法并且利用高压注水软化地基土层法迫降。当建筑物倾斜率达到规范要求后,再进行注浆加固,最终使建筑物达到预期的效果。 A large commercial building was built in 2013, engineering geological condition is complex. The maximum incline rate is 7.4%0 and the incline-rectifying work is very difficulty. This paper introduces a kind of composite incline-rectifying method --digging combined with high pressure water infusion softening soil forced settlement method. It describes the key technology and construction process of rectification and reinforcement. On the side of a large quantity of settlement were reinforced by high pressure jet grouting steel pipe pile method, on the other side of a small amount of settlement by drilling, digging and using high pressure water infusion softening subsoil law landing. When the building inclination rate meets the specification, then the grouting reinforcement was done, finally the building achieved the expected effect.
