摘要
文章对战略刚性的内涵作了深入的诠释,从资产专用性、组织结构稳固性、文化组织记忆性、企业家认知惯性四个角度揭开战略刚性形成的神秘面纱,分析了战略刚性形成后对企业发展产生的负面效应,最后从资源柔性、组织柔性、文化柔性、领导柔性四个角度提出克服战略刚性的策略。
This paper gives a comprehensive interpretation about strategic rigidity and unveils its mystery from the following four perspectives: asset specificity, structural stability, memory of eultural organizations and entrepreneurs' cognitive inertia. It also explores the negative effects on entrepreneurs' development after strategic rigidity is formed. The paper ends up with countermeasures to overcome strategic rigidity in terms of resource flexibility, organizational flexibility, cultural flexibility and leadership flexibility.
