摘要
目的:通过建立兔下颌骨牵引成骨模型,探讨富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)在牵引成骨中的作用,为临床研究与应用提供参考依据。方法:在成年白兔的一侧下颌骨前部行骨切开术,用牵引器延长一侧下颌骨4mm,牵引间隙放置PRF膜为实验组;另一侧下颌骨行骨切开并安置牵引器,作为对照组,分别于稳定期的第3、7、14、28天处死动物,取牵引区新生骨痂,行大体标本观察、X线影像观察、H—E切片观察,比较2组的成骨效果,并进行骨计量学分析,计算新生骨小梁面积百分比。结果:新生骨小梁面积在不同时间点的实验组均显著大于对照组。组织学观察表明,不同时间点实验组骨成熟程度均高于对照组。结论:PRF在兔下颌骨牵引成骨中具有较显著的促进成骨的作用。
Objective: To explore the role of platelet-rich fibrin(PRF) in promoting mandibular distraction osteogenesis in order to provide reference for its clinical research and application. Methods: Unilateral mandibular osteotomies were performed on mature rabbits and the mandibles Of these rabbits were lengthened by 4 mm using a distractor. PRF was implanted in the osteotomy side of mandibles. Another side of the mature rabbits was cut and a distractor was put in the mandible as control group. On day 3,7,14,28 after distraction, all animals were killed and the distracted calluses were harvested and processed for gross observation, X-ray and HE histologic observation to compare the osteogenic effect. HPIAS. 2000H high-resolution colour pathological graph-text analytical system was used to calculate the percentage of newly formed bone area. SPSS 13.0 was adopted for statistical analysis. Results: Results showed that the new bone area was significantly larger in the experimental group than in the control groups at different time points. Histological staining showed that experimental groups got better maturation than control groups. Conclusion: PRF plays a significant role in promoting bone regeneration of mandibular distraction osteogenesis.
