甘氨酰-tRNA合成酶的结构、功能和致病机制研究进展
Research progress on the structure,function and pathogenic mechanism of glycyl-tRNA synthetase
摘要
研究已表明,甘氨酰-tRNA合成酶(glycyl-tRNA synthetase,GlyRS)是20种氨酰-tRNA合成酶之一。GlyRS是生物体中甘氨酸参与蛋白合成必不可少的催化酶,在甘氨酸参与合成蛋白质过程中,tRNA^Gly氨酰化是关键环节。GlyRS的氨酰化活性功能受到抑制或损害时,蛋白质合成则障碍。
