摘要 本科临床医学教育综合改革的核心是教育模式的改革，藉以培养具有自主学习能力的优秀临床医学生，使学生达到临床医学专业《本科医学教育标准》。教育模式层出不穷，其中大规模开放在线课程（massive open online course，MOOC）算是时代的宠儿。MOOC是联合国教科文组织推出的“开放教育资源（open educational resource，OER）”的新发展，自2012年MOOC元年伊始，已迅速席卷全球，给21世纪的教育带来了一场划时代、颠覆性的革命。
