An Empirical Study of the Relationship among Management Innovation,Shared Vision and Market Performance

摘要 管理创新和市场绩效的关系一直是创新领域研究的重点。在管理创新和市场绩效关系的研究中引入共同愿景这一变量,通过对华南地区165家企业进行问卷调查,探讨管理创新、共同愿景与市场绩效之间的关系。实证结果表明,管理创新、共同愿景均与市场绩效存在正向相关关系;共同愿景加强了管理创新对企业市场绩效的积极作用。 The relationship between management innovation and market performance has been the focus of the study of in- novation and the relationship between them will be affected by various factors. The mediating variable of shared vision is introduced into the study of the relationship between management innovation and market performance in this paper. This article empirically examines the relationship between management innovation, shared vision and market performance through a sample of 164 enterprises from Pearl River Delta. Results indicate that management innovation and shared vision have a positively relationships on market performance. Shared vision positively moderates the relationships between man- agement innovation and market performance.
