海上油田复杂气井深井测试管柱的应用与研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着石油勘探领域的不断扩大,海上油田的勘探方向也在逐渐的发生着变化,深部油气藏、高温高压油气藏、含硫油气藏及凝析油气藏等复杂油气藏的相继发现,高温高压井及其它复杂井的测试技术便开始受到重视。创新的二合一组合工艺具有分段试压、自动灌浆、顶替诱喷液垫、随时调整井筒测试液性能及关井功能,并能对裸眼储层进行有效的保护,使整个作业管柱实现了一专多用,完全取代了传统的通过LPR-N测试阀、TST阀和OMIN阀来实现的作业方式,提高了作业的操作可靠性。 With the constantly expanding of oil exploration field,the exploration direction of offshore oilfield also changes gradually and the complex oil gas reservoirs such as deep oil and gas reservoirs,HTHP reservoirs,sulfur-containing oil and gas reservoirs,condensate reservoirs has been discovered in succession,hence,the testing technology of HTHP well and other complex wells are received much attention. Combined technologies of the innovated of two-in one has functions of segmented pressure testing,automatic filling,replacing and spray lure cushion,adjusting the well-bore fluid properties and shut-in well,and protecting open hole reservoir effectively,which makes the whole operation string to achieve a multi-purpose,completely replaces the traditional practices implemented through the LPR- N,TST valve,and OMIN valves to improve the operation reliability.
