摘要 设计空心微珠三相泡沫产生装置,介绍其工作原理.测定不同条件下装置产生空心微珠三相泡沫的发泡倍数、2s%析液时间等参数,研究空心微珠添加量、泵出口压力等因素对装置产生泡沫性能的影响,利用油盘火试验评价泡沫的灭火、抗烧和抗复燃性能.结果表明,研发的三相泡沫产生装置可实现空心微珠与泡沫混合液的按比例均匀混合.空心微珠添加量为10%~15%、泵出口压力为0.50~0.70 MPa时,装置产生的空心微珠三相泡沫具有良好的灭火性能,在受热时可形成致密的覆盖层,具有良好的抗复燃能力. The device of hollow microsphere three-phase fire- fighting foam was developed,and the working principle of it was introduced. The expansion rate and 25% durable time of foam were also measured under different conditions to study the in- fluences of additive amount of hollow microsphere and the pres- sure of fire-fighting pump on the performance of hollow micro- sphere three-phase foam. The fire-extinguishing performance and anti-burning performance of this foam were investigated by experiment of oil pan fire. The resuh showed that the hollow microsphere and the foam mixture could be mixed in proportion by this foam generator. The optimum conditions was confirmed as the follows: the additive amount of hollow mierosphere 10% ~15%, and export pressure of firefighting pump 0. 50~0.70 MPa. The foam could make a dense insulation layer on the oil and had good ability on suppressing of reburning.
