发光细菌法测定水成膜泡沫急性毒性 被引量:2

摘要 为考察水成膜泡沫灭火剂的急性毒性,采用青海弧菌Q67淡水菌种对参比物氯化汞和4种市售水成膜泡沫灭火剂进行了15min发光菌急性毒性测定。通过对试验数据进行线性拟合和S形曲线拟合的差异进行比较,确定了适用于水成膜泡沫灭火剂发光菌急性毒性数据的拟合方法,得到了4种水成膜泡沫样品的拟合方程,并计算了各自的EC50值。试验结果表明,S形曲线函数适用于水成膜泡沫灭火剂发光菌急性毒性数据的拟合,拟合度较高。4种泡沫灭火剂的EC50值分别为3 100、140、620、870mg/L,急性毒性数据与混合比及泡沫类型之间无明显规律。这与不同生产厂家配方差异较大,各生产厂家选用的组分及组分配比均不相同有关。 In order to evaluate the acute toxicity of aqueous film- forming foam(AFFF), photobacterium phosphoreum test meth- od is established to determinate the 15 min acute toxicity values of mercuric chloride and four kinds of AFFF products saled in the market. The fitting difference between linear and Sigmoidal curve of experimental data is compared. The suitable fitting curve of acute toxicity of aqueous film-forming foam is deter- mined, and the ECs0 values are calculated. Experimental results indicate that Sigmoidal curve is suitable for fitting the acute tox-icity data of aqueous film-forming foam, and the EC5o values of four aqueous film-forming foam is 3 100, 140, 620, 870 mg/L respectively. The results show that there is no obvious regular pattern between the acute toxicity data and the mixing ratio, foam types. This may due to the recipe differences of manufac- turers, the manufacturers' constituent and proportion are dif ferent from each other. In the future more experimental data should be obtained to comprehensive assessment the ecotoxicity of aqueous film-forming foam.
