Study on disposal countermeasures of LNG road tank leaking accidents

液化天然气(LNG)汽车罐车泄漏事故情况较为复杂,处置过程危险性大,容易发生燃烧、爆炸等次生事故,对人民群众生命、财产和环境造成严重威胁。以介绍液化天然气汽车罐车的结构为基础,区分气相泄漏、液相泄漏、罐体泄漏等不同事故状态,分析燃烧、爆炸等危险性,针对不同事故状态提出较为合理的处置对策。

It is very complex and dangerous of LNG road tank leaking accidents, in which burning and explosion are always involved, leading to damage to health, property and environ- ment. In this paper, the structure of LNG road tank is intro- duced, the risk of burning and explosion in different leaking sit- uation is analyzed, including gas leaking, liquid leaking, and tank leaking, the risks of combustion and explosion are ana- lyzed,and the corresponding disposal countermeasures are giv- en.
