无隔水管钻井液回收钻井系统井筒压力分析 被引量:3

摘要 基于Beggs&Brill两相流计算模型,结合无隔水管钻井液回收钻井系统(RMR)钻井技术特点,建立了适用于RMR浅表层钻井的环空压力计算模型。该模型考虑了:岩屑对钻井液密度的影响;气体膨胀、井筒温度、井筒压力对两相流持液率和气体密度的影响;泥线处的定压边界条件。分别讨论了钻井液排量、机械钻速、气侵量等因素对环空压力的影响。计算结果表明,随着钻井液排量和机械钻速的增加,环空压力增加;随着气侵量的增加,环空压力减小,其中气侵量对环空压力的影响较大。
