摘要
以SY215C8M型液压挖掘机为研究对象,对正流量挖掘机液压系统的动臂合流路的泵阀匹配特性进行了研究。提出了改善泵阀匹配控制特性的优化方案,利用粒子群算法对U型节流阀口的节流特性进行优化,得到了具有较优节流特性的节流阀口结构参数。搭建了实验平台,结果表明:该方案可有效的降低多路换向阀阀口的压力波动和压力损失。
The matching characteristics of the variable pump and the multi-way valve were analyzed. An optimiza- tion scheme was put forward to improve the variable pump and the multi-way valve matching characteristics. The standard particle swarm optimization method was used to optimize the U typle throttle valve port throttling character- istics, the better throttling characteristic parameters and structure were achieved. A hydraulic system testing plat- form of excavator was built to verify the correctness of the simulation model. The results show that the pressure im- pacts and pressure loss at the multi-way valve port were effectively reduced.
