摘要
计算机模拟技术,可以对设计图纸阶段的建筑进行实际使用状态下的热工表现和能耗模拟,熟练应用这项技术,可以在建筑设计阶段对建筑的被动式设计属性以及如何尽量利用建筑所处的气候和使用条件进行最优化设计。以诺丁汉大学SRB楼作为模拟对象,使用Ecotect等软件进行建筑所处气候分析以及建筑的全年能耗模拟计算,介绍了建筑师如何获取在建筑设计阶段不断调整优化建筑热工表现的方法。
The computer simulating technology can be used for simulating thermal performance and energy consumption under practical service condition of buildings in design drawing phase. By skillfully using this technology, it will be able to carry out optimized design to passive design nature of building in design phase and how to utilize the climate and service conditions of the building's location. With the SRB building of the University of Nottingham as the simulating target, the paper carried out climate analysis for the building's location and simulated calculation on the building's year-round energy consumption by employing Ecotect, and introduced how do architects obtain the method for continuously adjusting and optimizing the building's thermal performance in the design phase.
