社会治理视域下“安全焦虑”的化解

Possible solutions to “safety anxiety”in the perspective of social governance

20世纪50年代以来,人类社会精神世界的虚无所呈现出的现代性精神危机深刻地影响着整个世界,"安全焦虑"已成为精神危机下比较普遍的社会心态,对社会安全产生巨大影响,给社会治理造成巨大挑战。本文在分析"安全焦虑"的社会本质的基础上,从主体的迷失、消费的刺激、媒介的失控三个角度深入剖析"安全焦虑"产生的根源,进而从重建价值的核心地位、重塑信任的基础保证、重构媒介的载体作用三个视角来探讨"安全焦虑"化解的可能路径,并对社会治理中如何化解"安全焦虑"做尝试性的解答。

Since the 1950 s,the spiritual nothingness of contemporary humans embodied in their spiritual crisis has been influencing the whole world. 'Safety anxiety'has become a common social mentality,which is also influencing the social safety and challenging the social governance. This paper gives an incisive analysis of'safety anxiety'related to the essence of society as well as its root causes from the aspects of the loss of subjects,the stimulation of consumption as well as the uncontrollable media. It finally explores the feasible approach to the solutions of 'safety anxiety'in the perspective of reconstructing the core position of valves,the basic guarantee of trust and the function of the media as an intermediary in the social governance.
