Analysis and Prevention of College Students' Legal Risk

随着我国大学生就业形势越来越严峻,为了有效解决大学生就业问题,我国政府积极鼓励大学生创业,希望通过创业来带动大学生的就业。随着各行业间的竞争愈加激烈,使得大学生在创业的过程中所面临的法律风险也不断升高。因此,本研究对大学生在创业过程中所存在的法律风险进行分析,并提出相应的防范措施,旨在促进大学生更好地进行创业。

As the employment situation of college students in China is becoming more and more serious, in order to effectively solve the problem of employment of college students, the government actively encourages students to start business, hoping to promote the employment of college students. With the increasingly fierce com- petition among the various industries, the legal risk of college students in the process of entrepreneurship is also ris- ing. Therefore, this study analyzes the legal risk of college students in the process of entrepreneurship, and puts for- ward the corresponding preventive measures, aimed at promoting the students better to carry out entrepreneurship.
