新常态下创新高校大学生创业教育——以“四位一体”为视角

Under the New Normal University Students' Entrepreneurship Education Innovation: In the Perspective of "Four One"

高校大学生就业问题随着高校扩招政策逐渐演变成为就业难题,毕业等于失业的无奈现状使得我们不得不重新审视高校大学就业问题,以大学生创业带动就业这一趋势愈演愈烈。然而,在我国发展十几年的大学生创业形势并不乐观,改革开放的高速经济发展并没有将大学生创业推向新的高度,随着我国经济新常态下的经济发展速度放缓,如何重新确立高校大学生以创业带动就业的发展成为一项新命题。基于创新发展视角,通过转变高校大学生创业教育发展理念,立足于以政府、高校、家庭与大学生自身的四位发展维度,试图探索一些高校大学生创业教育发展的创新思想。

The employment of college students as the enrollment expansion policy gradually evolved into the employment problem, but the status quo of graduation is equal to the unemployment makes the employment prob- lem, we have to re -examine universities in college students＇entrepreneurship to create more employment opportu- nities this trend intensified. Development in our country, however, more than 10 years of college students＇business situation is not optimistic, the high - speed economic development of reform and opening up are not college students venture to a new height, along with our country economy slowing economic growth under the new normal, how to establish the college students to the development of entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities to be- come a new proposition. This paper, based on innovation and development perspective, through the transformation of the concept of university students＇entrepreneurship education development, based on the government, university, family and college students of the four dimensions of development, tries to explore some innovation ideas of the de- velopment of the university students＇entrepreneurship education.
