大一新生职业生涯规划方法及效果评价——以天津中德职业技术学院航空航天与汽车学院为例

文章从职业生涯规划入手,从新生入学做起,为大一学生开展职业生涯规划的活动,并利用客观数据对实施效果进行评价。数据显示,职业生涯规划对提高学生综合素质具有促进作用,但对理工类和文史类学生的作用程度和方向有所不同。为此,高校应该继续大力开展学生职业生涯规划活动,针对不同学科类别的学生开展不同形式的活动,以发挥其最大效果。
