摘要
文章从职业生涯规划入手,从新生入学做起,为大一学生开展职业生涯规划的活动,并利用客观数据对实施效果进行评价。数据显示,职业生涯规划对提高学生综合素质具有促进作用,但对理工类和文史类学生的作用程度和方向有所不同。为此,高校应该继续大力开展学生职业生涯规划活动,针对不同学科类别的学生开展不同形式的活动,以发挥其最大效果。
A series of activitie the beginning of the new term, and that career planning can improve between science students and arts s on career planning for the first grade students are carried out at the results based on objective data are evaluated. The results show students' comprehensive quality, but there are some differences students. Therefore, colleges should continue to carry out career planning and different activities according to different majors in order to make the best re suit.
