On the New Advancement in Domestic Theories of Socialist Public Ownership Since the Reform and Opening-up

改革开放以来,我国对马克思主义的社会主义公有制理论进行了重大创新与发展。其主要表现在:提出社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度的观点;提出社会主义公有制可以与市场经济相结合从而实行社会主义市场经济的观点;提出与市场经济相结合的社会主义公有制有效实现形式的观点;提出正确处理社会主义初级阶段公有制经济与非公有制经济相互关系的观点。

Since the reform and opening-up, we have distinguishedly innovated and proficiently developed Marxist socialist public ownership. Those achievements include propounding rudimentary economic institutions for the initial stage of socialism, proposing the concept of practising socialist market economy by combining socialist public ownership with market economy, putting forward effective means to combine socialist public ownership with market economy, and suggesting the desirable relations between public and non-public businesses on the initial stage of socialism.
