摘要
建立了利用反相加压毛细管电色谱技术对麻仁润肠丸中木香烃内酯和去氢木香烃内酯分离检测的方法。采用C18毛细管色谱柱,柱温为25℃,流动相为20 mmol/L NaH2PO4:乙腈=20:80(V/V),流动相总流速为0.04 mL/min,电压为2 kV,检测波长为230 nm。采用等度洗脱,木香烃内酯和分离检测去氢木香烃内酯实现快速分离,峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)≤4.5%,回收率为96.5%-104.5%。
A method for the determination of costunolide and dehydrocostus laetone in Maren Runchang Wan by reversed-phase pressurized capillary eleclrochromatography (pCEC) was developed. The separations were performed on a reversed-phase Cls column, with column temperature being 25 ℃. The mobile phase was composed of 20 mmol/L NaH2PO4-aeetonitrile ( 20 : 80, V/V) , at pump flow rate of 0. 04 mL/min, separation voltage of 2 kV, and with 230 nm for UV detection. In an isocratic mode pCEC, the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of peak are less than 4. 5% , and the recoveries are between 96.5% and 104.5%.
