摘要
采用ICP-OES同步测定燃料油和润滑油中Pb,Fe,Mn,Al,Ba,Ca,Cu,Mg,V,Zn,Si,P,S。样品经航空煤油稀释10倍后直接进样。考察了发射功率、雾化器流量及观测高度对测试的影响,确定最优测试条件为发射功率1.4 kW,雾化器流量0.6 L/min,观测高度8 mm。对除S以外目标元素测定的回收率都在91%-108%之间,RSD均在0.3%-3.5%之间。
Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was used to analyze various elements in fuel oil and lubrication oil. Dilution and direct injection of samples were applied, and 13 different elements (Pb, Fe, Mn, Al, Ba, Ca, Cu, Mg, V, Zn, Si, P and S) were determined. Aviation kerosene was found to be the best diluent, and the optimal dilution ratio was 10. Influences of radio frequency power, nebulizer flow, and viewing height were studied and the optimal values were found to be 1.4 kW, 0. 6 L/min and 8 mm, respectively. The recoveries for the spiked samples, for all the elements except S, ranged from 91% - 108% ,and the accuracy was from 0.3% -3.5%.
