基于三角数FAHP的中国钢铁工业循环经济质量评价 被引量:1

摘要 循环经济是一种新的发展理念,发展循环经济既要提高效率又要提高质量。钢铁行业是中国的支柱行业,也是迫切需要发展循环经济的行业。因此对钢铁行业发展循环经济的质量评价可以弥补当前循环经济评价中的不足。文章首先指出了循环经济质量评价的重要性并界定了循环经济质量的内涵,然后根据这一内涵构建了循环经济质量的评价指标体系,最后采用三角数FAHP的方法确定评价指标权重,并对我国钢铁行业循环经济质量进行了评价。结果显示,2008~2012年我国钢铁工业循环经济质量基本呈现逐渐上升的趋势,尤其是在2010年钢铁行业循环经济质量的上升幅度相对较大,这一结果与我国的宏观经济政策及企业的节能减排意识息息相关。 Circular economy is the new idea of development concept, and it should focus on efficiency as well as quality. Iron and steel industry is one of the pillar industry and demands prompt development in China. The evaluation on quality of such a vital industry will make up the present evaluation system. This paper presents the importance of evaluation of circular economy, and defines the connotation of circular economy quality, then according to the connotation of circular economy quality to build the evaluation index system and using the method triangular number FAHP to determine the weights of evaluation indexes, and the quality of the iron and steel industry circular economy is evaluated in China. The results shows that the quality of circular economy in iron and steel industry is showing a gradual upward trend from 2008 to 2012, and especially, increased greatly in 2010. Such a result might be closely related to the macroeconomic policy of energy saving and emission reduction and being put into effect by enterprises.
