气候变化不仅是环境问题,也是经济发展和社会公平问题。在应对气候变化过程中,我们既要保护环境,也要发展经济,同时要维持社会公平。可以通过可持续发展实现环境与发展的统一,通过环境正义实现环境与公平的统一,通过社会正义实现发展与公平的统一,通过公平的可持续发展实现环境、发展与公平的统一。

Climate change is not only an environmental issue, but also an issue related with economic development and social justice. In responding to climate change, we need to protect the environment, and develop the economy and sustain social justice in the meantime. We shall achieve the balance between the environment and development by sustainable development, the balance between environment and fairness by environmental justice and the balance between development and fairness by social justice. In a word, we shall achieve the balance among environment, development and fairness by sustainable development based on fairness.
