摘要
利用江苏省2005~2012年38个行业的面板数据建立计量模型,对工业废水排放,工业废水中的COD及氨氮排放与工业总产值之间的关系进行了实证研究,结果表明:工业废水、COD及氨氮排放与工业总产值呈同方向变化。不同行业在污染排放方面存在显著差异,其中纺织业,化学原料及化学制品制造业,造纸及纸制品业,电力、热力的生产供应,黑色金属冶炼及压延加工,饮料制造业等是工业废水排放造成水体污染的污染密集型行业。
Based on thirty-eight industrial panel data set from 2005 to 2012 in Jiangsu Province, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between gross output and emissions of industrial waste water, between gross output and COD emissions of industrial waste water, and between gross output and ammonia emissions of industrial waste water. The results show that three subject investigated increase with the growth of gross output, the results indicate that there exists significant difference in industrial waste water emissions, COD emissions, and ammonia emissions among different industries. Textile, chemical materials and chemical products manufacturing, paper and paper products industry, electricity, heat production and supply of ferrous, metal smelting and rolling processing and beverage manufacturing industry and so on are pollution-intensive industries, which pollute the water to a large extent by emission of industrial waste water.
