既有湘桂线鹿寨至柳州段服务城市交通研究

Study on Luzhai-Liuzhou Section of Existing Hengyang-Pingxiang Railway Serving Urban Transit

在概述柳州铁路枢纽及既有湘桂线鹿寨至柳州段现状的基础上,从适应沿线居民出行需求快速增长、提高居民出行质量、促进沿线土地升值和经济发展、适应柳州城市总体发展规划、合理配置运输资源方面分析该段铁路服务城市交通的意义,对既有线客运设施进行适应性改建(方案Ⅰ)、加站扩能改建(方案Ⅱ)及增建第二线扩能改建(方案Ⅲ)3个建设方案进行比选,推荐采用方案Ⅲ。

Based on expounding status of Liuzhou railway hub and Luzhai-Liuzhou section of existing Hengyang-Pingxiang railway, this paper analyzes the meaning of the section railway serving urban transit from aspects such as adapting for fast increase of traveling demand, improving traveling quality, promoting land appreciation and economic development, adapting for general development plan of Liuzhou city and reasonably allocating transport resource.The paper makes comparison on 3 construction programs, which are the program of taking applicability reconstruction on existing passenger transport facilities （Program I）, the program of expanding capacity by adding stations（Program II） and by building the second line （Program III）.Finally, the Program III was recommended.
