摘要
基于投标人视角,从总承包企业因素、竞争对手因素、业主因素、项目外在环境因素、项目内生因素5个方面建立投标报价决策的影响因素指标体系,构建铁路工程总承包项目投标报价决策模型。通过铁路项目案例检验决策模型的效果,为铁路工程总承包企业在多目标约束下选择合理的投标报价策略提供决策支持。
Based on bidder's view, from 5 aspects including general contractor enterprise factors, competitor factors, owner factors, external environment factors of project and endogenetic factors of project, the influence factor index system of bidding price strategy was established, and the bidding price strategy model of railway EPC was also established. Through inspecting the effects of strategy decition model of railway project example, the model provides decision-making support for railway EPC enterprises selecting reasonable bidding price strategy under multi-objective constraints.
