摘要
在IDP模型的基础上,探讨了制度因素对于对外直接投资的影响,并以制度因素为切入点进行了IDP模型的扩展,运用新兴经济体11国2002-2013年的数据,以金融制度、贸易制度、税收制度为切入点,对新兴经济体国家对外投资理论的内涵进行了补充。主要结论:(1)对于新兴经济体国家,IDP框架具有解释力,经济发展水平、研发投入、外资流入都会促进对外直接投资发展;(2)对于新兴经济体国家,垄断性金融制度对于对外直接投资具有显著的抑制作用;(3)新兴经济体国家的对外贸易壁垒对于对外直接投资有显著抑制作用;(4)新兴经济体国家的税收制度对于对外直接投资影响十分显著。
This paper is based on the IDP framework to explore the effect of institutional factors on OFDI. We focus on financial institution, trade openness and tax to extend the IDP framework. Our empirical study is based on panel data from 2002 to 2013 of emerging economies. The results show IDP framework can explain the OFDI phe- nomenon of emerging economies. Financial barriers will significantly reduce the OFDI. Trade barriers will also signif- icantly reduce the OFDI. Tax institution have the same effect with trade barriers and reduce the OFDI.
