摘要 人民币国际化是中国经济国际影响力不断扩大的产物,是进一步提升国际话语权的内在要求。借助亚投行平台,以量增为目标,基于一系列假设条件构建人民币国际化模型,考虑到亚投行主导业务的特殊性、中国经济的国际竞争力和人民币币值的稳定性等因素,多币种发债模型、软通货计价模型、跨境电子商务模型等是能够有效推进人民币国际化进程的占优模型。但是在实际运行中,由于技术水平、产业竞争力等因素制约,亚投行框架下的人民币国际化尚存在源于互联网技术、中国制造替代度高、政府行为界定等方面的潜在风险。为此,第一,中国应明确在亚投行中的定位;第二,落实"互联网+"构想;第三,践行"中国制造2025"升级中国经济质量,从而有效推进人民币国际化进程。 RMB internationalization is the product of China' s expanding international influence; it is also the intrinsic requirement for China to improve its international power of discourse. With the help of the platform of AIIB, taking quantitative increase as the target, and based on a set of assumptions, the authors build the RMB interna- tionalization model. With the consideration of the characteristics of AIIB business, China' s international economic competitiveness, and the value stability of RMB, the model of multi - currency debt issuing, soft currency valua- tion,and cross - border e - commerce are the dominant model that will effectively promote RMB internationaliza- tion. But, in practice, because of the constraints from such aspects as technological level and industrial competitive- ness, there are still some potential risks faced by RMB internationalization under the framework of AIIB, such as the risks caused by Internet technology, the high substitutability of Made in China, and the definition of government be- haviors. So, first, China should clarify its position in AIIB; second, China should implement the conception of "Internet + " ; and third, China should improve its economic quality by implementing Made in China 2025 to effec- tively promote RMB internationalization.
