To See the Economic Principle of Aesthetics from Mach's "Theory of Thought Economy

科学哲学家马赫所阐发的思维经济原理 ,提出了思维经济性是科学所遵循的原则。而同样 ,经济性和简单性也是美所遵循的原则。因为 (1)经济性是衡量美的一项重要标准 ;(2 )经济性是人类审美的一种趋向 ;(3 )经济性是科学美学的基本特征。无论艺术还是自然科学 ,都是沿着和谐而简单的轨道向前发展的。简洁 ,精炼。

The 'theory of thought economy ' was elucidated by Ernst Mach, the scientific philosopher. Mach pointed out that the economy of thought is a rule which science should abide. Actually,the economy of thought is the rule which is observed by science as well as by aesthetics.The reasons can be expressed as follows: First,economy is an important standard to measure beauty.Second,it is a trend to which man appreciates beauty. Third,it is the basic feature of the scientific aesthetics.Both art and natural science advance along the orbit of harmony and simplicity. Succinctness,conciseness and probing into the essence are principles which are jointly observed by art and science.
