摘要
水击泄压阀是输油管道可靠运行的重要安全保障设备,为提高国产化水击泄压阀的动态性能,对其动态试验进行仿真。借助三维建模软件对泄压阀的主阀内部流道进行三维建模,并采用CFX软件对内部流场进行仿真,进而在一维仿真软件的基础上,对泄压阀的动态试验进行仿真,求解得到泄压阀在起跳压力为3.2 MPa下的动态特性曲线,将仿真值与试验值进行对比,结果表明:该国产化泄压阀的仿真动态性能指标与试验结果吻合较好,满足泄压阀的动态响应时间应小于100 ms的要求。
Surge relief valve is an important safety device for guaranteeing the reliable operation of oil pipeline. In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of domestically-produced surge relief valve, simulation is carried out on its dynamic experiment. The 3D modeling software is used to model the inner flow pass in main valve of relief valve, and the CFX software is used to simulate the inner flow field. Moreover, the one-dimensional simulation software is adopted to simulate the dynamic experiment of relief valve to obtain the dynamic characteristic curve under 3.2 MPa activated pressure of relief valve. The comparison between simulation value and experiment data shows that the simulated dynamic performance index of this domestically-produced relief valve matches well with the experiment result, which meets the requirement that the dynamic response time of relief valve should be less than 100 ms.
