摘要
2-氨基-5-苯基-1,3,4-噻二唑与氯代苯异氰酸酯反应合成了5种N-(5-烷基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基)-N′-取代苯基脲,产率为75%~82%。用核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱和元素分析确证了目标化合物的结构,初步的生物活性测定试验表明,该系列化合物具有一定的生物活性。
Five novel chlorinated phenylureas were synthesized from chlorinated isocyanates with 2-amino- 5-phenyl-1,3,4-thiadiazoles,which were prepared by one-pot procedure. The total yields of the title com- pounds were 75~82%. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR,^1H NMR and elemen- tal analysis. The preliminary biological activity tests showed that these compounds exhibited some plant- growth regulating activity.
