京津冀一体化的城市化关联基础研究

A Research on the Urbanization Associated Foundation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

多年来的实践经验表明,京津冀一体化进程中所亟待突破的诸多非协调性矛盾与城市化经济的不合理运行密切相关。借助城市化这一关联基础整合城市发展,是突破现实障碍从而提升城市群组合发展收益的有效途径。分析京津冀一体化现状的城市化成因、构建城市化推进一体化的理论模型,选取2003-2012年北京、天津及河北省地级以上城市作为样本,应用空间计量方法,从"城"、"市"、"城市化"三个层次实证分析城市化经济发展效应的发挥状况,检验城市化基础所发挥的关联效果。结果表明,"城"的空间溢出效应较强从而更好地带动了周边协同发展,"市"的增长效应更强从而更好推进了本地经济增长,城市化推进京津冀一体化的关键在于城市之间在"城"和"市"的规模、发展速度与发展质量上的充分协调。

Practice shows that the reason to break through the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is the unreasonable operation of the urbanization. Using urbanization based integration to integrate urban development is an effective way to breakthrough realistic obstacles and to get earning of urban agglomeration development. Choosing the cities of Beijing Tianjing and Hebei form 2003 to 2012 as samples, using space measurement method the paper analyzes empirically how the urhaniza tion plays as the polls,mart and urbanization levels. Results show that the polls spatial spiliover effect is stronger in order to improve surrounding coordinated development, and the mart growth effect is stronger so as to promote the local economic growth.
