电镀底材用无溶剂环氧树脂保护漆的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决环氧类保护漆存在耐电镀液腐蚀性和附着力差的问题,采用环氧树脂、固化剂、活性稀释剂、粉体与助剂制备了电镀底材用无溶剂环氧树脂保护漆,研究不同种类的原材料及其含量对环氧树脂保护漆性能的影响。结果表明:通过调整配方,制备出了综合性能较佳的电镀底材用无溶剂环氧树脂保护漆,其耐电镀液性能达到48 h,附着力达到0级,电气强度为6.2 k V/mm,可在150℃/30 min工艺条件下快速固化,满足工程应用的技术要求。 In order to solve the problems that the epoxy protective paints have bad corrosion resistance to electroplate liquid and adhesive force, we prepared an epoxy resin solventless protective paint for electroplated substrate using epoxy resin, curing agent, active diluent, powder, and assistant. The effects of different raw materials and content on the properties of the epoxy resin protective paint were studied. The results showed that the epoxy resin solventless protective paint with good comprehensive properties was prepared by adjusting formula. The corrosion resistance to electroplate liquid attains 48 h, the adhesive force is grade 0, the breakdown strength is 6.2 kV/mm, and it can fast cure at 150 ℃ for 30 min, which can meet the engineering application requirements.
