摘要 介绍了Better 117C有机硅浸渍树脂的基本性能和结构试验情况,并将其与进口树脂进行全面对比。结果表明:Better 117C有机硅浸渍树脂的各项基本性能与进口H62C树脂相当,模拟线棒和模卡的各项电性能都达到YJ90A1牵引电机的使用要求,浸渍Better 117C的YJ90A1电机定子绕组温升比浸渍H62C的低12.4~13.4℃。Better 117C有机硅浸渍树脂具有优异的电气性能、耐热性能和耐水性,适用于大功率牵引电机线圈和绕组的绝缘处理。 The basic performance and structural testing of Better 117C silicone impregnating resin were introduced, and then was compared with imported resin. The results show that the basic performance of Better 117C silicone impregnating resin is similar to the imported H62C resin. The electrical performance of the simulation winding bar and mockup can reach the requirements of YJ90A1 traction motor. The Better 117C silicone impregnating resin has excellent electrical properties, heat resistance, and water resistance, which can be used to insulation treatment of high-power traction motor coil and winding.
