摘要
以丁腈橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、氟橡胶、丁苯橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶等密封材料为研究对象。在不同温度和时间下,浸泡在制动液中,利用橡胶邵氏A型硬度计和精密电子天平测出丁腈橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、氟橡胶、丁苯橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶等密封材料的重量和硬度。结果表明,浸泡在同一种制动液中,所研究的密封材料随着温度和浸泡时间的不断增加,橡胶的重量增值变化和硬度降低值变化各不相同。但都具有同一趋势,重量不断增加,硬度却逐渐下降。
Taking sealing materials as the research object, the sealing material comprises nitrile rubber, polyurethane rubber, fluorine rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and ternary ethylene propylene rubber. Under the different temperature and time, immersed in the brake, nitrile rubber, polyurethane rubber, fluorine rubber, styrene butadiene rubber(SBR) and ternary ethylene propylene rubber sealing material the rubber shore a hardness and precision electronic balance instrument to measure the weight and hardness. The results show, Immersed in the same type of brake fluid, with increasing temperature and immersion time, the changes in the weight of the rubber and the hardness of the rubber is different. Both are the same trends, weight continuously increased, hardness decreases gradually.
