探索水杨酸-麝香草酚护发素的制备工艺,并进行初步质量评价。以水杨酸-麝香草酚为活性成分,探索二者复配的最佳有效浓度,筛选出水杨酸-麝香草酚的护发素处方,按处方量探索制备条件,通过正交试验优化制备工艺;对所配置的产品进行初步的质量评价。水杨酸-麝香草酚护发素为乳液型,制备工艺简单、便捷,质量标准符合要求。

To explore the preparation process of salicylic acid-thymol hair conditioner, and conduct a preliminary quality evaluation. Taking salicylic acid and thymol as the active ingredient,exploring the best effective concentration of both complex, screening the prescription of salicylic acid-thymol hair conditioner, exploring the preparation conditions by orthogonal test. A preliminary quality evaluation of product was conducted. The salicylic acid-thymol hair conditioner is an emulsion type, the preparation process is simple and convenient, and its quality standards have met the requirements.
