食品塑料包装中的重金属物质可以经过食物进入人体,在人体器官中积蓄起来危害身体健康;食品塑料包装废弃物被任意丢弃后,其中的重金属物质将进入土壤环境中,在环境中积累并且不易转移,进而对环境造成危害。多国都对食品塑料包装中的重金属限量做了严格的规定。因此简单实用,操作简便,适合食品塑料包装的重金属检测方法显得尤为重要。文章对食品塑料包装中常用的重金属检测技术进行归纳和介绍,为相关人士在选择实验室分析方法时提供参考。

Heavy metals in food plastic packaging can enter the body through the food, saving up in human organs to harm the health; Food plastic packaging waste is arbitrarily discarded, in which the heavy metal substances will enter the soil environment, accumulation and is not easy to transfer in the environment, thereby causing harm to the environment. Many countries have made strict regulations on the limit of heavy metals in food plastic packaging. So simple and practical, easy to operate, suitable for food plastic packaging of heavy metal detection method is particularly important. In the paper, the detection methods of heavy metals used in the food plastic packaging are summarized and introduced, in order to provide reference for the relevant parties in the choice of laboratory analysis methods.
