摘要
我厂112单元射汽抽气器抽吸能力从上次检修之后一直在缓慢的下降,而真空度下降1 KPa设备的能耗将增加大概1%,本次通过打开射汽抽气器的一级、二级,发现两级抽气器腐蚀的现象类似。通过对原因的分析,总结出抽气器腐蚀的原因,为抽气器的长期稳定运行提供参考。
The steam jet ejector's pumping ability in our factory 112 unit has been slow down from the last inspection, and the vacuum equipment energy consumption will increase by 1 % approximately as the vacuum fell 1 Kpa. By opening the primary and secondary steam jet ejector, we found that the corrosion phenomena of the two-stage ejectors were similar. Through analysis, we summed up the reasons of corrosion, and it can provide a reference for long-term and stable operation of the steam jet ejector.
