摘要
确立离子色谱法同时检测醋酸中氯离子、亚硫酸盐、硫酸盐含量的样品处理方法和检测条件。用Ion Pac AS19-HC型色谱柱为分离柱和9mmol/L的氢氧化钾淋洗液为流动相,电导检测器进行分析。结果表明,Cl^-、SO3^2-、SO4^2-在2-10 ug/m L浓度范围内线性良好(其相关系数分别为0.9978、0.9993、0.9964),样品中Cl^-、SO3^2-、SO4^2-的加标回收率分别为99.2%-99.8%、97.6%-98.6%、100.1%-100.9%,检出限分别为0.005、0.05、0.01 mg/kg。
The method of sample preparation and testing conditions were presented for simultaneous detection of chlorine, sulfite and sulfate contents in acetic acid by ion chromatography. Determination of the chlorine, sulfite and sulfate contents in acetic acid was made with ion Pac AS9-HC separation column, 9 mmol/L of KOH as eluent and conductance detection. Very good linear relationships were found for all the three analytes in the range of 2-10 μg/m L. The correlation coefficient of the three analytes were 0.9978、0.9993、0.9964. The recoveries rates for Cl^-, SO3^2- and SO4^2- in the test samples were 99.2 %-99.8 %, 97.6 %-98.6 % and 100.1 %-100.9 %, and the detection limits were 0.005, 0.05, 0.01 mg/kg respectively.
