Exploration the New Mode of Production Practice for Engineering Colleges

大学生生产实习是高校教学的一个重要环节,也是全面提高人才综合素质的有效手段。在加强实习基地建设的基础上,我们提出了研讨、参访与答辩等实习新环节,丰富了生产实习的模式,克服了以往仅限于车间实习的局限性,激发了学生的实习热情,取得了较好的实习效果。

Students＇ production practice is an important part of teaching, but also an effective means to improve the overall quality of talent. On the basis of strengthening practice base construction, we proposed daily seminars, visiting new factories as well as making open reply, to rich production practice mode, so as to overcome the limitations of workshop practice. These measures have stimulated the student＇s enthusiasm for production practice and achieved good practice effect.
