Adhere to the work idea of student-oriented, the paper puts forward of the required quality for an experimental technician in higher vocational colleges, including raising personal qualities, adhere to serving for students, guiding students to innovative thinking, to aim at promoting the development of experimental operating skills and thinking mode of students.
