马马崖一级水电站碾压混凝土重力坝温控仿真分析 被引量:3

摘要 基于ANSYS软件及二次开发,采用三维有限元浮动网格法对溢流坝段施工期和运行期的温度场、温度徐变应力场进行了温控仿真计算和分析。计算中考虑了混凝土热力学参数随龄期变化、外界气温和水温、坝体分层浇筑过程及自重、水压力对温度应力的影响以及采取的控制浇筑温度和通水冷却等温控措施。计算成果给出了温度场、应力场的分布及其随时间变化的规律,为制定该碾压混凝土重力坝的温控防裂标准和主要温控措施提供了理论依据。 Temperature field and thermal creep stress field of the overflow dam during construction and operating periods are simulated by 3-D finite element method. The following factors are considered in this process, namely, the thermodynamic parameters of concrete varied with age, the atmosphere temperature and water temperature, the staged pouring of dam, the influences of dead weight and water pressure on temperature stress as well as the temperature control measures (i.e. control of concrete pouring temperature, and water cooling, etc.). The results illustrate the distribution laws of the temperature field and the stress field as well as their variations with time, which provide theory supports for making temperature control measures and standards for the project.
