The paper introduces the turbine lifting and scraping faults of No.4 hydro-generator set of the project as well as the cause analysis and treatments on the faults. The two faults have been proven non-relevant through analyzing the site data, report, photos, and videos, etc. Then, specific solutions are presented by summarizing the views of all parties, ensuring the smooth operation under rated output, and meantime satisfying the Employer＇s time requirements on restoration of the power station.
