Taking Wuxikou hydro-complex for example, the paper introduces the construction method and the control points of self-compacting rock-fill concrete, analyzes and summarizes the technical problems of selfcompacting concrete, such as raw materials and mixture ratio, and proposes some countermeasures, well solving the difficulties in the project.
