摘要
SCR脱硝吸收剂制备工艺可分为纯氨法、氨水法和尿素法。为了适应不同的电厂实际情况,笔者对三种工艺从技术、经济方面进行比较,得出下列结论:尿素法最安全,但投资、运行总费用最高;纯氨法运行、投资费用最低,但安全性要求高;氨水法初投资及运行费用都较高,运行业绩较少。
Absorbent adopted in DeNOx system having selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology can be made by three methods, i.e. pure ammonia, ammonia-water and urea. By comparing those methods in technology and economy, this paper aims to find out a favorable option based on various requirements for the power plant. It comes to a conclusion that urea is the safest way but requires the highest cost both in construction and operation; pure ammonia spends the least cost but requires the highest safety factor; while ammonia-water requires higher cost in both construction and operation, and its running performance is not so much right now.
