The paper introduces the situations of dispatching data network of power station side before recon- struction of the network, analyzes the overall demand of network cutover for optimizing the backbone dispatching data network of southern power grid, and proposes the dual-plane reconstruction scheme, the mode of station business system access to the backbone network and the stability effect of dual-plane system on the business system.
